Our client is an award-winning FinTech business who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to take the lead on their People Agenda and assist with their continued growth across several European countries. This will be a unique standalone HR role, reporting into the CEO and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Naturally, the position will offer a blend of operational and more strategic HR challenges and you will need to be a clear instigator for driving through the culture and values of the business.
Managing all aspects from recruitment, HR operations, L&D, internal communications and employee relations, you will also be their cultural champion. Naturally strong leadership skills will be necessary and a clear ability to engage with senior stakeholders, whilst taking them on your journey through HR change. Your role will be focusing on building out their People Agenda, including evaluating and continually improving employee engagement, driving consistency around managing people, creating clearer development paths and succession planning across the business, develop new learning initiatives and revising HR policies and processes.

Someone data driven and with an ability to influence at all levels will be essential. Understanding business needs, whilst being adaptable and flexible in your approach will be important to enable success in the role. As someone who is a champion of culture, you will be comfortable working at all levels of the HR spectrum, ensuring that an effective HR strategy is being delivered effectively within an ever growing and changing business. Previous experience in an SME or PE backed business would be highly desirable, as well as a successful track record of working in a previous standalone HR role.
