According to recent research, most Chief Financial Officers (52%) say their organisation does not use social medi for recruitment.
The research shows industry/professional networks was the most popular response among 27% of executives, followed by LinkedIn at 17%.
When workers were asked what social media they have used in looking for a job, 49% said that they have not used any channels. However, 18% have not conducted a job search since social media has become popular.
