Our Leadership

Having been in the HR recruitment market since 1998, it has been a great journey to date. Setting up Grafton Haymes in 2009, it was key to build a recruitment company which was passionate about recruiting the best people in a way which reflects not only well for our clients, but also our own brand. The line between clients and candidates has long gone and I am a true advocate in ensuring the person has a positive recruitment experience, no matter which side of the table they sit. Recruitment is more than filling a vacancy – it’s about building working relationships in the longer term and I am lucky to have some of those going back fifteen years.

When I am not working and looking to wind down, I love to play squash (although I am not sure how relaxing that is!) I still manage to squeeze in three games a week for my local squash team in Wimbledon and that coupled with my three lovely children, my days tend to be pretty full.
