Our client is a media based organisation with Head Quarters in West London / Middlesex and with further offices in Central London. Owing to development and change, they require a highly analytical Compensation & Benefits Specialist, preferably with international experience to work within their team taking the lead for driving forward all processes relating to reward, benefits, recognition and bonus programmes, whilst ensuring that front end delivery is sufficiently fit for purpose.
On a day to day basis, you will support the Head of Reward, and be involved in daily activities around pension auto enrolment, Job Levelling, P11D submissions, policy updates relating to benefits changes and maintaining relationships with third party providers. Your role will have a strong data analytical element and as such requires robust Excel skills and previous data manipulation exposure. Alongside of the HRIS manager you will assist in creating consistent and accurate reports across the business as well as overseeing the provision of MI Data for Benefits Providers and statutory compliance.
Candidates for this role will educated to degree level or similar and will have well developed experience (preferably EMEA / APAC) in Reward. You will have a strong eye for detail and excellent customer service alongside ambitious flair. As an advanced Excel User, you will be completely comfortable handling a complex workload and will thrive in a fast paced, lively environment.
This is an opportunity to take a pivotal role in the direction of the function and requires someone who is capable of taking the lead, with a proven track record in the area of Compensation & Benefits.
This role will involve travel 2-3 days a week to the Middlesex office
