Our client is a large matrix organisation, undergoing significant change within parts of its HR function. One of those areas is their Employee Relations area and they are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to head-up and drive through initiatives across their Employee Relations Function. Managing a specialist team, you will be accountable for redesigning and restructuring the Employee Relations team where necessary, whilst also evaluating and redesigning their processes within this function. You will be responsible for evaluating all policies across the organisation, reviewing specific employee contracts, assisting with any ER ramifications around job evaluation and ensure KPI’s are in place to manage all ER issues across the team. With the opportunity to also manage senior Employee Relations matters, this is an excellent opportunity to work at both strategic and operational levels. Naturally you will demonstrate effective stakeholder management skills and have a track record of driving through ER change within a large organisation. Our client will consider senior HR Generalists looking to specialise and have strong ER skills and employment law knowledge. They will also be flexible as to whether the individual comes from the private or not-for-profit sectors.
