Global Mobility Assistant (part-time, 6 month contract)
£25,000 - £30,000 pro-rata
A fast-growing tech business requires for a Global Mobility Assistant to work closely with the HR team on all issues relating to mobility. Managing the administration of all international relocation process you will provide advice on global mobility policy allowances, best practice and compliance. Assisting with international assignments, permanent transfer, extended business trips and new hire administration, you will handle all immigration, visa and work authorisations. As well as arranging the relocation of employees (and families where applicable), you will draft all letters and manage all relevant data on the HR system.
With competent HR administration skills, you will be competent in global mobility matters and have gained previous experience in the area. Any knowledge around best practices in expatriation would be desirable as well as in the international relocation of employees. Excellent organisational skills will be a given, as well as a strong work ethic and the ability to work standalone but also as part of a team. Strong MS Office skills will be important and the ability to work well under pressure.
