Confident, articulate and highly organised HR Administrator is needed by this leading financial services firm of c.200 staff who are constantly growing and evolving.
With a strong emphasis on IT / Systems, you will be particularly focused on producing reports from their HRIS (Cascade), onto Excel and Powerpoint as well as being heavily involved in recruitment processes around recruitment, on-boarding, exit interviewing and managing the administration of the leaver process. Along side of statistical reporting, you will assist with Learning & Development initiatives, update structure charts, make changes to the employee handbook and essentially be a highly capable and pivotal member of the HR team.
Candidates for this role will be part CIPD qualified and will already be operating at HR Administrator level, preferably within a Financial Services or other professional organisation. Discreet, polished and professional, you will be mature in your handling of confidential and sensitive information and have an optimistic, positive “can do” approach to your work.
This role will remain at Administrator level for the next few years and so may not be suited to someone looking to move into Advisor level quite quickly. However it provides a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves HR Administration and is happy to take on responsibility and ownership in this area.
