An opportunity for a HR Administrator has arisen to join one of London’s most historical and well-recognised organisations. Supporting the HR team, you will be responsible for managing all HR administration through their HR system (iTrent) and also act as the first point of contact for any HR queries coming into the HR function. Through monitoring the HR inbox, you will escalate any HR queries in a timely and effective manner, whilst also updating workload trackers using Excel spreadsheets.
Whilst maintaining the HR system, you will be responsible for administration regarding all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, from placing job advertisements, handling applicants’ queries and arranging interviews. You will also contribute to Learning & Development through administering various documentation and also produce ad-hoc management reports form the HR system. There will also be the opportunity of preparing monthly information for payroll and absence, as well as dealing with the administration around all starters and leavers and changes to employees’’ details.
