Our client is a forward thinking and global investment management business, who is currently looking for an HR Advisor to join their highly successful business. Working in an HR team of five you will report to the HR Business Partner and take responsibility for a variety of HR issues. This will include dealing with HR matters throughout the whole employee life cycle, such as recruitment, employee relations, advising managers on HR policies and processes and also compiling HR reports when necessary. With significant contact with the business you will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working at all levels across the organisation. There will be times when this person will need to be hands-on and support the HR Administrator, so an adaptable approach to working will be important. There will also be the opportunity of contributing to company-wide HR projects such as the implementation of a new HR system, so strong analytical skills will be necessary. With previous experience at least at junior HR Advisor level, you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility in your working style and a strong attention to detail. Any previous exposure to the financial services sector would be desirable.
