Our client is a rapidly growing private healthcare company who require an HR Advisor to join their team. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will provide support and advice on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Whilst providing a comprehensive HR advisory service to all aspects of the business, you will support managers and employees on a wide range of workforce matters. This will include, resourcing and retention, reward, employee engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and general policy advice.
Working with the HR team, you will continuously ensure that all their employees are up to date, take responsibility for HR reporting and dashboards and monitor the HR system to ensure all employee onboarding, lifecycle changes and offboarding are accurately recorded. You will also have the opportunity of working on specific HR projects with the Head of HR including the review and development of their Learning strategy, further development of their employee benefits programme and continued work on their salary benchmarking programme. You will also work with the Head of HR to improve and design new ways of working act as a key liaison to manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business as well as with outsourced providers.
