Our client is an esteemed organisation based in Central London and they currently require a HR Advisor to initially join them on a one year contract. You will be providing a proactive and professional HR service, whilst dealing with a variety of HR queries and issues. Key responsibilities will include providing advice on HR policy and process, act as the lead on flexible working arrangements, review, monitor and report on absence levels, support the Hr function on broader ER issues and also partner managers on areas such as performance management.
There will also be a need to create a strong employee experience, whilst also championing staff benefits and working closely with colleagues on learning and development initiatives. There will also be the opportunity of working on specific HR projects and provide reports and metrics on areas such as recruitment, turnover and retention rates.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with previous HR advisory experience. Excellent presentation skills, an ability to influence at all levels and effective team working skills will be essential. Proficient MS Office skills, an ability to manage and prioritise workloads and a good knowledge of employment law will also be important. This will initially be a one year contract, but will be reviewed.
