HR Advisor (part-time, 6 month contract)
Our client is a prestigious London employer and a very well know brand across the globe. They are currently looking for a HR Advisor on a part time basis (4 days a week), initially for 6 months. Working with the HR team you will begin to shape and implement a number of key HR projects across the organisation. Your role will be vital as you support the HR team in getting project ready for a number of key HR priorities to ensure they can be implemented appropriately, successfully and with key stakeholders fully engaged.
Such projects include contributing to the creation of an Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy for staff and volunteers, modernising the Abbey’s recruitment process by implementing an applicant tracking system and reviewing and project managing the update of relevant HR policies. Working alongside the Learning and Development Manager and Deputy Head of HR you will also review and improve the quality of their New Starter/Orientation process. Other areas will include reviewing the organisation’s people data and the platforms where this data is held.
Together with your proven experience of working in an advisor level role and delivery of goal driven projects, we will need you to use your good standard of written and verbal communication skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to prioritise workloads will be key, whilst also demonstrating a strong skills set in analysing data.
