HR Business Partner
£45,000 - £50,000 pro-rata
Our client is an international risk management business who is looking for a HR Generalist to join their team, initially for six months. As an HR Partner to the business the role will be working on all aspects of the employee life-cycle, from recruitment, policy advice and development, employee relations and performance management. Working closely with the line managers across the business, you will offer proactive HR advice on HR policy and process whilst also supporting the HR team on the implementation of key HR projects.
With an international remit, this is an excellent opportunity to further develop your HR and recruitment skills within a friendly yet professional HR team. Of graduate calibre, you will have experience in HR and some talent acquisition and within a progressive and professional business environment. With strong communication skills and the ability to build credible stakeholder relationships, you will have the ability to manage ambiguity and conflicting priorities within a fast paced business. At the moment this will initially be a six month contract which will then be reviewed and every possibility of going permanent
