Our client is a global tech business undergoing rapid scale-up over the next few years. With a new CPO on board, they are looking for a HR Business Partner to join them initially on a 12 month contract. Working closely with the HR team across Europe, you will be an experience HR Business Partner who thrives working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
The role will be a true HR generalist role, but in addition there will be certain projects to work on, including reviewing compensation and benefits with the result being the implementation of new job bandings, competency frameworks, bonus scheme and LTIP programmes. Working closely with the CPO you will also draw up Board decks and campaigns etc, whilst also overseeing all HR for the UK and India.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to build their HR project experience within a rapidly growing tech business. Naturally the contract may offer longer-term opportunity, however currently there are specific projects which need to be delivered. With strong commercial drive, a results-orientated approach, you will be competent working under pressure and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills.
