A fantastic opportunity has arise for a HR Business Partner to join on a maternity cover with one of our long established clients. They are market leaders and a renowned a renowned brand within the market and more importantly, a great place to work.
Working at part of an established HR team, you will provide guidance to line managers with regards to performance management issues whilst ensuring we remain compliant with employment legislation, as well as guide line managers on any aspects of employee relations. In addition you will encourage and support people development conversations and work closely with managers on any performance issues within their teams.
With talent development being a key part of their culture, you will design and run workshops for employees on a wide range of people related subjects. Whilst also providing support to the business on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, you will when necessary, also support their Talent Acquisition team on attracting talent into the business. In addition you will also provide HR reports and data to the business on any aspects regarding people.
With a proven experience in a HR Generalist role within a fast-paced and dynamic business, you will have a strong knowledge of employment practices and legislation and have an excellent ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders. With a results driven approach and care in the way you work, you will be able to prioritise workloads and demonstrate outstanding communication and listening skills.
This will initially be a 12 month contract with hybrid working.
