Our client is a progressive investment management business, which are continuing to grow through its increasing portfolio of clients. With an established and well regarded HR team in place, there is a need for an HR Coordinator to join on a permanent basis.
Supporting on all aspects of HR, you will be responsible for the administration of all new joiner and leavers, recruitment administration, payroll and benefits administration for both the UK and Dublin operations and all training coordination across the company. There will also be responsibility for all HR data management, including integrity of data within the HR system and the creation of HR reports for the team. You will also be responsible for dealing with all HR administration and general HR queries coming into the HR team, as well as the opportunity to work on ad-hoc HR projects as required.

With an excellent attention to detail, strong numerical skills and excellent organisation and planning skills, you will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure. Previous HR experience will be desirable and of graduate calibre.
