Working for this global real estate business, you will be an experienced HR Generalist supporting the Head of People in creating a fit for purpose people infrastructure, whilst also delivering People Projects in support of the overall HR Strategy This will includes managing risk, improving controls, process improvement and operational effectiveness.
As HR Manager, one of the key areas will be continuous improvement of people processes and policies and ensuring all contracts, handbooks and templates are legally and regulatory compliant. There will also be a need to develop their HRIS capabilities to meet business needs including key people KPIs. Providing accurate management information and reporting, analyse and assess HR metrics across the entire employee life cycle, will also be essential. On a more operational level as HR Manager, you will provide guidance to management on complex employee relations matters, whilst assisting in the people related matters associated with establishing new global offices. There will also be the opportunity to support any business change and provide coaching and training to managers, as well as managing two others in the HR team.
As an experienced HR Manager, you will ideally have international experience and a strong track record in delivering HR process improvement projects. You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder experience and be used to managing complex HR queries within a challenging client group. A strong delivery focus will be important, with the ability to coach managers through complex issues, whilst also having the ability to influence at all levels within an organisation. Of graduate calibre, you will be CIPD qualified and have gained exposure within a variety of business environments.
