HR Operations Manager
£60,000 - £65,000 + Benefits + Bonus
Our client is a global information services provider who continue to grow and succeed within their marketplace. With EMEA operations being based in London, there is a requirement for an HR Operations Manager to support the region on people initiatives and ensure that Operations can strategically approach People Operations issues, while also ensuring execution is conducted effectively.
Working closely with the EMEA General Managers and their teams as well as with other global operations teams, you will develop and roll out key features of the Platform Operations people strategy including training, career management and progression, performance management and incentives. This will mean working closely with the Americas and APAC to ensure global alignment as well as assisting with similar activities within EMEA for other programs as required. Another key area, will be developing and taking ownership of the hiring strategy and process for Platform Operations teams including profile definition, interviewing and onboarding of new hires as well as assisting with similar activities within EMEA for other programs as required.
It will also be key to act as a major partner and point of contact for all People Operations team initiatives wherever there is intersect with the EMEA business, including workflows and technology processes. Whilst also liaising with Americas and APAC stakeholders to define and cultivate a consistent GLG people culture, you will define and manage change management processes for day-to day operations (e.g. project execution and technology rollouts) and larger projects
With HR professional experience, ideally in operations, change management or talent development, you will be effective in building strong trusting relationships with key stakeholders and have a pragmatic approach, whilst demonstrating excellent project management skills. With the ability to lead and implement change, you will also have a strong, results focussed approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
