HR Project Manager - 2 months contract (Home Based)
£45,000 - £55,000
Our client is continuing to grow within its market which focuses on the impact of investment on a global basis. With the UK team developing their employer proposition, there is a need for an experienced HR Generalist to review their HR policies and processes and develop a concise and culturally aligned Employee Handbook. It will be key to for all revised policies to be engaged, mindful and compliant with the overall objectives of the organisation.
As well as developing new HR policies, you will also implement and training key stakeholders on all aspects and ensure that once the project is completed, there are clear and communicative channels and methods for these policies to be followed. It will also be key to ensure that all aspects of the organisation are compliant from an employment law perspective and all changes are documented.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who is looking for a project to work on for the next two months. You will be working closely with the COO and will be interacting on a continued basis with a number of C-Suite members. With strong employment law knowledge and an excellent track record in driving through HR change in areas such as HR policy, you will also demonstrate good project management skills. With a good attention to detail, effective communication skills and excellent stakeholder management skills, we really need a pragmatic and commercially minded HR profession. This project will initially be for two months however some flexibility may be needed if this is extended.
