HR Shared Services Manager
£60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits + Bonus
Working for this global information platform business, our client is looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Manager to manage their global HR Support team, with HR Analysts being based in London, New York and the APAC region. Reporting to the Senior Director for People Operations in New York, you will be the primary point of escalation for all HR support matters.
Leading on all HR processes you will oversee sensitive information, including HR compensation and also manage the global HR Support team’s processes, procedures and workflow. Partnering other parts of the business you will manage data audits, be the primary contact for global payroll processing and be the main face for the HR Operations team across EMEA and APAC. With the HR function leading on the implementation of Workday, you will play a pivotal role in this project, including design, testing and rollout.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced international business where you will be fully accountable for their HR Support function. With previous HR Shared Services experience, you will have proven ability and track record in leading a team and have strong workflow management skills. A strong customer service approach, a high level of accuracy and an attention to detail will be essential, as well as the ability to manage confidential and sensitive data. Any previous experience of using Workday to manage employee lifecycle processes would also be highly desirable.
