HR Shared Services Team Leader

Our client is a market leader in its field of digital sports and media. With an established HR Shared Service team in place you will be managing a team of five and reporting into the Head of HR Shared Services. Taking accountability for the day to day workload and distribution of the HR Services team, you will work closely with closely with senior HR professionals to identify and review key HR performance indicators. Supporting and advising the other team members in the HR Shared Service team will be key, whilst also setting their goals and objectives. As within any HR Shared Service function, you will be responsible for preparing all new starter documentation, ensuring all HR policies and procedures are up to date and provide advice and guidance on secondments, transfers and relocations. There will also be a requirement to write HR reports and take a lead role in data analysis, whilst always offering recommendations for improvement.
This is a fabulous opportunity to work within an international fast paced business, undergoing current change. With strong stakeholder management skills, excellent organisational and planning capability and a general enthusiasm for HR, you will have experience of managing one or more HR professionals and have gained experience within a HR Shared Service function. Good employment law knowledge and experience of making improvements to HR processes and procedures will also be important.
