We are working with one of the UK’s leading bioscience organisations, which already has in place a highly successful and growing HR team. As HR Systems Manager you will be the subject matter expert in the successful delivery of all key modules, whilst also managing stakeholders and working on the further automation and streamlining of HR processes. You will also provide data insight information and ensure that all system tools, processes and reports support the HR team.
Whilst acting as the key point of contact on all HR systems queries, you will also recommend system improvements and upgrades, map out processes and workflows and ensure the system is fit for purpose from a core HR, Payroll and Recruitment ATS perspective. It will also be important to work with the wider HR team to understand the implementation challenges, and business requirements to deliver the best solution for the organisation, whilst also project planning for any further systems development. Developing “how to guides” and tools to help drive change will be key, whilst also assessing opportunities within the business that can be supported through the development of the HR system.
With significant experience in project management and a proven track record in the delivery of similar complex projects, you will have strong HR systems knowledge and demonstrate excellent experience of project managing an end-to-end implementation of an HR, Payroll and Recruitment System (Core HR is highly desirable). Also, strong skills in accurately analysing data and providing management information to all areas of the organisation will be a key factor to success in this opportunity. HR systems experience within a highly challenging working environment, undergoing fast transformation change, would be highly desirable, as well as experience of delivering modules across an HR system.
