This highly successful planning consultancy firm require an experienced Learning and Development professional to join their HR team and take ownership of all L&D initiatives for the business. With the ability to “hit the ground running” you will act as the first point of contact with employees and management for all L&D queries.
As the sole L&D specialist, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape L&D and work on all aspects of the training life-cycle. Through analysing training needs from sources such as their appraisal process, you will propose training plans for all areas of the company. In addition you will have the opportunity to develop training solutions and specific training programmes both internally and with third party suppliers. In supporting the HR Manager, you will also monitor training budgets, negotiate fees with training providers manage the graduate training programme, deliver training workshops and coach staff and mangers to identify future training needs.
This is an excellent opportunity to take full accountability for Learning and Development within a progressive and professional business. With previous experience at L&D Advisor level, you will have gained you skills within a professional and challenging business environment. With a strong attentions to detail, excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability/track record in driving through L&D initiatives, you will demonstrate a keen passion to develop a career within Learning and Development.
