Working for this global leader in sustainable technologies, as L&D Advisor of an established L&D team, you will be a key player in supporting the development of in-site trainers and assessors across all parts of the organisation.

Through monitoring and assisting with the delivery and assessment of high quality on the job training , you will work with a range of internal stakeholders to gain an understanding of their development needs. Though identifying their training needs, you will ensure these are aligned with the overall company strategy. Key areas of work will include delivering train the trainers programmes and training on the job assessors to ensure high quality and competency assessments are being carried out. In addition there will be the opportunity to work with technical experts on the design and delivery of training and in future scope to work on specific soft skills training programmes.

With a previous training and development background, you will be experience in the design and delivery of training programmes, ideally with some exposure to technical training. Strong interpersonal skills will be essential and excellent presentation and facilitation management skills will be key. Any previous experience working in a manufacturing or technical/scientific business would be advantageous. Travel to another site will be necessary.
