A fantastic opportunity to join a leading professional services business who work with some of the leading brands on exciting planning and development opportunities has arisen for a Learning & Development Advisor.
They are looking for a successful and aspiring Learning and Development Advisor to be the specialist and first point of contact with staff and management for all L&D enquires, whilst providing well considered advice. You will work with our senior leaders in the Firm and those responsible for L&D to identify and meet the development needs for all staff across their offices.
Joining a small HR team, you will support their HR strategy and plan and as a sole charge L&D role, this is a great opportunity for you to shape it and make it your own. Key responsibilities will include, analysing L&D needs from annual appraisals, scoping and proposing solutions to address these needs, whilst supporting the Human Resource Manager to forecast L&D budgets, monitor budgets and liaise with their Office Leaders and HRM regarding expenditure. You will also work with internal experts or third-party providers to design solutions (L&D Bitesize, workshops, seminars, online learning) and coordinate the delivery of training solutions. In addition, you will design evaluations to measure and record value and impact, coordinate their internship programme, manage their graduate development programme and coach staff and managers to identify development needs and learning solutions.
Working within this sociable and supportive environment, you will be of graduate calibre and with previous Learning & Development experience at Advisor level, ideally you will gained exposure within the professional services sector. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to work to tight deadlines using your ability to prioritise tasks. You will have strong Microsoft Office experience and have a keen passion to progress a career within Learning and Development.
