Learning & Development Manager
£65,000 - £75,000 pro-rata + Benefits + Bonus
A unique opportunity has arisen to join a global tech company who are looking for their first Learning & Development Manager to report into their CPO and drive forward their Learning & Development strategy for approximately 400 employees.
As Learning & Development Manager, you will work across their international jurisdictions and act as the cultural architect in designing a Training Strategy with the support of the HR team. It will be key for this person to review and design competencies and job bandings across the business, create future leadership programmes and design broader training programmes to continuously improve their Employee Engagement piece. Other key areas will include Diversity & Inclusion and working closely with key stakeholders to design career development paths, so ensuring effective retention levels across the organisation. This will be a fabulous opportunity to work on all areas of the training lifecycle, bringing innovative ideas to the table, whilst ensuring or learning initiatives are in line with the People Agenda and boarder cultural values of the business.
With previous Learning & Development experience, ideally within a tech or other fast-paced, commercial business, you will have thorough experience in designing and developing innovative learning programmes through using innovative e-learning and classroom methodologies. With a strong commercial acumen, a can-do approach, you will thrive in working on both operational and strategic L&D initiatives. The business embraces a creative approach to HR and this will be expected with the L&D strategy implemented into this growing, international business. With some travel to Zurich (potentially once a month), the role can be based anywhere in the UK as the majority of the time you will be working from home.
