One of our long-established clients within the financial services sector is looking to recruit their first dedicated L&D Partner who will work alongside the HR Director and wider HR team. You will be fully accountable for the development, management and delivery of Learning and Development activities and initiatives which will be aligned to the overall HR strategy.
This will include the analysis and developing development needs, supporting the development and implementation of talent management and succession planning solutions as well as facilitate and deliver training sessions and provide coaching support to managers. Other areas of responsibility will include supporting the development of plans and initiatives to promote of a positive culture and the embedding of the Company Vision, Culture and behaviours, whilst also communicating and embedding the PDR approach. It will also be important to analyse all L&D activity and provide regular management information reports.

With previous L&D experience, ideally within a financial services organisation, you will be collaborative in your style whilst also engaging with stakeholders at all levels within a company. A strong team ethic will be important, as you will be working so closely with the HR team in rolling out L&D initiatives across the company.
