With our client undergoing further growth and change, there is a need for a newly appointed People Director to join this international renowned organisation within its field. Through building trusted relationships with stakeholders and leaders you will provide strategic and day-to-day leadership, so ensuring the business objectives are delivered through the People Agenda. You will be working with the Board and the HR team to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational change, employee engagement, reward and talent management and development.
Whilst also ensuring all compliance and training are maintained for all areas of the workforce, the People Director will continuously develop and deliver the organisation’s People Strategy at all levels. You will be a member of the Executive Management team and will therefore contribute to the management and strategic/operational input of the organisation, whilst also providing support on international and domestic growth. This will include mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and the setting up of new operations overseas. Naturally, it will also be key to manage, coach and develop the People team so ensuring effective implementation of the People Strategy and ensure legal compliance is met.
With experience of operating at Board level, you will be a commercially minded and driven HR practitioner. A proven track record of managing change and systems development will be essential, as well as being a strong coach, leader and influencer at all levels in a business. International experience will be highly desirable and any experience of working in a Private Equity owned organisation would be favourable. Some travel will be required across their locations and the role can be based in either London or Brighton.
