With continued growth, they are looking for a versatile team player to act as their sole Human Resources point of contact. This is a fantastic opportunity to run all aspects the HR function, which already has a number of established HR policies and processes in place.
Overseeing the People function you will manage all aspects of talent acquisition for the business, keep all of their benefits up to date, advise and coach leaders on aspects such as performance and basic ER and advise the company on new HR law and policy updates. Managing any ER issues, you will manage their performance management process and also keep their HR system (BambooHR) up to date. As well as ensuring all payroll is ready for submission, you will work closely with the leaders of the business on improving HR processes such as onboarding, employee engagement and culturally driven initiatives. With offices in London and the US, there will be the need to offer pragmatic HR advice in both locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for their first step into a standalone HR role. With the ability to lead with empathy, strong interpersonal skills will be essential, as well as high levels of energy and enthusiasm. An ability to work well with senior stakeholders and an entrepreneurial spirit will be key to success in this role. Previous HR generalist experience within a fast-paced, growing company would be highly desirable.
