Working closely with the Head of Recruitment you will work on a high volume of roles to fill and with the company’s continued growth plans, this is a fabulous opportunity to be a pivotal part of the team. Through proactively sourcing candidates on Job Boards and LinkedIn, you will play a key part in attracting talent through social media platforms, as well as be responsible for posting job advertisement, screening CVs, and occasionally interviewing candidates alongside line managers. No matter what the outcome, you will also ensure that all candidates have an excellent experience through the whole recruitment process.
As Recruitment Assistant, there will be the opportunity to develop your career in the longer term. With this newly created Recruitment function in place, there will be the chance to work of wider project recruitment work and naturally this is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruiter who is looking to develop their career within an in-house recruitment function. With previous recruitment experience either within a company or agency/consultancy environment, you will have excellent communication skills, drive and a results focused approached. An ability to prioritise workloads and a genuine ambition to attract the best talent in the market will be essential whilst working in this fast-paced and ever changing business. Any previous experience of recruiting within the tech and call centre environments would be highly desirable.
