A leading international law firm is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team initially for a period of six months. Taking responsibility for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, you will oversee sourcing, screening, interview management and recruitment administration. This will include sourcing candidates through various channels, managing the relationship with recruitment agencies, managing the administration of the ATS system and when necessary, work with the team on various ad-hoc projects.
With previous experience as a Recruitment Administrator or Recruitment Coordinator, you will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Being able to prioritise workloads will be essential as well as having the ability to influence at all levels within an organsiation. Naturally both excellent written and verbal will be required, as an ability to work at pace. A commitment to delivering a first-class service and experience to internal stakeholders will also be essential.
