This highly renowned brand and a market a leader in its field, are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to manage their in-house recruitment capability. This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop their employer brand proposition through using relevant channels to market, including social media, specific job boards and caerer fairs. Taking full accountability for all direct recruitment, you will also partner the business’ established recruitment consultancy network, for the more difficult “heard to fill” roles.
This unique Recruitment Manager role will be extremely varied and as well as managing the whole recruitment life-cycle, you will track recruitment activity across the company, build effective working relationships with hiring managers and support the induction programme process. Working closely with the HR team, this is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced and innovative organisation, which continues to grow and succeed. With a track record of working within an in-house recruitment role, you will be flexible and positive in your approach and demonstrate a high level of self-management and autonomy.
