Recruitment Manager (12 month contract)

Our client is a global professional services business who are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join their established team on a 12 month contract. Managing a team of Recruitment Advisors, you will oversee all operational recruitment in the team and work with stakeholders in the business to approve and sign off all recruitment for the area. As well as being responsible for designing appropriate recruitment strategies, you will ensure the team’s compliance with relevant employment law is met. There will also be the opportunity to monitor the effectiveness of the recruitment processes and systems, and where appropriate, adapt them to help the business recruit more effectively. With the key part of the role being the direct line management of the Recruitment team, you will offer support and guidance to ensure that their goals and objectives are met. You will be responsible for performance managing them and for shaping individual and team scorecards. As a result, previous line management experience will be essential for this challenging opportunity. In addition, in-house recruitment experience within a large matrix organisation will be preferred and any experience in the professional services sector would be advantageous. A commercially driven approach will be key, as well as excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to balance tactical and operational work alongside one another.
