Senior HR Project Manager
£95,000 - £110,000 + Benefits + Bonus
We are delighted to be working with this FTSE 100 company who require an experienced Programme Manager to join their business initially on a 12 month contract. With the focus being on employee engagement and supporting the People Strategy, you will be responsible for the delivery of several large complex projects and the implementation of process, policies and best-practice for effective change management.
Closely working with all areas of the business, there will be a need to identify future working plans and patterns and how this change will impact the business, ensuring the most effective methodologies are put in place. You will also be looking at the specific training and development/leadership development requirements for key stakeholders to undergo this change. As well as future modelling of the business and their employee working practices, you will support the business through financial forecasts, update key stakeholders through publishing project status reports and continuously identify areas of improvement through the project lifecycle.
Naturally this is a heavily focused change management, project related position, however they are keen to find a candidate from an HR/Organisational Development background. Previous experience within the financial services sector would be desirable and exposure to managing complex change management programmes across international jurisdictions will be essential.
