Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Our client, a global market leader as an information provider, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Talent Acquisition team based in Munich, Germany. Managing the full cycle recruitment process, you will help drive growth across their business functions. You will be responsible for identifying current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online and designing employee referral programs.
Through partnering with stakeholders to evaluate hiring needs, you will advertise job openings through relevant channels and proactively source candidates within the market. This will include using LinkedIn, implementing referral schemes and sourcing campaigns to find and engage with passive candidates. Through screening CVs, you will interview relevant candidates and update them on the hiring process, as well as communicate and provide feedback throughout the interview stages, through to offer stage. Naturally you will manage all offers, negotiate salaries and manage contract generation.
You will also report to hiring managers on the status of open positions including candidate pipeline, analyse turnover and retention rates and advise hiring managers based on compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of hiring roles. It will also be necessary to effectively valuate third-party partnerships and build effective relationships with external recruitment agencies. With the company continuing to grow, there will also be the opportunity to work on ad-hoc projects so to continuously improve their recruitment processes, therefore benefiting key stakeholders and candidates alike. A working knowledge of applicant tracking systems to manage candidates and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing, will also be necessary. Naturally, native fluency in German will be essential and experience of recruiting corporate/professional services roles would be desirable.
