Our client is a global business services organisation, who required an experienced in-house Recruiter to join their team. Managing all aspects of experienced hire recruitment you will partner the business to attract and hire the best talent within the market. Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates will be key, mainly through developing “talent pools” and conducting effective market research and mapping. You will also be expected to recommend new ideas and recruitment processes that will contribute to the growth of the company and continue to improve the employer brand of the organisation. With an innovative and creative approach, it will be important for the individual to develop and manage their internal referral programme and participate in any company wide recruitment projects such as the assessment of recruitment best practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive recruiter who is passionate about developing an organisation’s in-house recruitment capability. With experience of developing a variety of recruitment tools and optimising different channels to market, you will be comfortable managing multiple recruitment campaigns at any one time. Strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management and an ability to be self-sufficient, whilst promoting employer brand, will be essential within this unique recruitment opportunity.
