Talent Acquisition Manager (12 month contract)
£60,000 - £65,000 + Benefits + Bonus
Our client is an international media business in its early stages of growth and requires an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to work closely with the Head of People on this exciting new journey. Focusing on attracting the best talent into the business, you will be sourcing roles globally, whilst working closely with the Head of People on determining the company’s Talent Acquisition strategy. Through designing new recruitment policies and processes, you will help to define the business’ employer brand and ensure the company is engaging with the widest pool of talent on offer.
Using your own networks you will create a talent pipeline of for the organisation , develop relationships with relevant online social media channels and external suppliers and ensure the best in class candidate management experience. It will also be necessary to research the best in-house company platforms to use in terms of tracking candidates through the recruitment process and ensure processes are efficient as possible.
A hands-on approach will be so important, as you will be managing all aspects of the recruitment life-cycle. Proactive in your approach, you will bring a range of skills in direct sourcing, be creative in your ideas, whilst always maintaining pace and accuracy in your work. Strong communication skills and an ability to work at all levels within a business will also be important. Essentially you will have experience within a commercially focused business and ideally have some exposure within the media/sales sector.
