Our client is an established yet growing tech business. With a global presence, they are now looking to enhance their talent acquisition proposition in the UK. As a brand ambassador, you’ll partner with collaborative stakeholders alongside a supportive HR team to help you meet business goals and provide the best possible candidate experience to their future talent.

Building strong relationships across the business, you will become their subject matter expert in all things recruitment for the region. Naturally, you will be focusing on roles within the UK, but there will also be the opportunity to work on roles across other EMEA territories when needed. With continued growth you will be managing the recruitment life cycle on a wide variety of roles, however there will be a focus on tech roles such as IT Engineers.

Typically, you will be executing recruitment strategies including internal and external searches, partner with hiring managers and stakeholders guiding them through the hiring journey and also consult with them to create accurate, engaging and inclusive job profiles. It will also be important to connect with candidates across diverse talent pools. As well as ensuring a first-class candidate experience, you will work closely with all applicants throughout the interview process, offering timely and in-depth feedback. Working closely with colleagues within the wider HR teams, you will share best practice, knowledge and talent pools, whilst also effectively partnering with and managing external specialist agencies

This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your Talent Acquisition career within a fast-paced, progressive and highly energised business environment. With in-house or agency gained recruitment experience working directly with hiring managers at client side and/ or internal stakeholders, you will also have previous recruitment experience within the tech sector. A strong candidate focus and proven success of directly sourcing and adopting creative approaches to building pipelines will be essential. Also, knowledge of creating hiring strategies across a fast-paced, international business will be desirable.
