Talent Acquisition Partner
£65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits + Bonus
Our client is a global software development business who are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team. Working remotely, you will support all recruitment for their Sales and Professional Services departments. Supporting hiring managers, you will work through the whole recruitment lifecycle to deliver the best talent into their teams. Developing effective recruitment strategies you will customise your approach to the needs of the business as you engage talent across multiple time zones and countries.
Whilst continuously balancing the priorities of multiple hiring managers, you will continuously ensure a great candidate experience is always in place, which reflect the values and culture of the organisation. As well as adopting different channels to market, there will the opportunity to work on specific projects such as Employer Brand and the redesign of recruitment practices and processes.
With previous in-house recruitment experience, ideally within a software company, you will have experience of recruiting for a wide variety of roles and demonstrate a flexible approach to talent acquisition. With a strong track record of successfully seeking out and hiring passive talent in the market you will also enjoy keeping up with the latest recruitment trends. An ability to work well and produce results in new or ambiguous scenarios, without a lot of direction and with changing priorities and requirements, will also be essential. Any knowledge within the Supply Chain software industry would be highly desirable.
