Our client is a global information provider who are one of the markets leaders in their industry. With international offices across the world, they are now looking for a Compensation Manager to join their wider Reward team. Partnering the HR team, you will design, implement, execute and manage their global compensation programmes and its related policies and procedures.
Key areas of responsibility will include managing critical compensation functions, including survey participation, job assessments, compensation structure development, incentive plan design and related modelling and analysis, as well as designing, delivering and managing compensation programmes for assigned client groups. You will also administer and manage compensation plans and payments, lead the administration of the mid-year and annual compensation cycles, participate in strategic compensation projects and work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to develop competitive offer packages for external hires. There will also be the need to manage ongoing compensation reports and produce ongoing HR reporting requirements.
With a background in compensation, you naturally will be analytical whilst also collaborative in a team environment. Excellent communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships at all levels in a business will be essential, whilst also demonstrating effective problem solving skills and an excellent understanding of key compensation principles. Of graduate calibre you will have ideally gained some exposure to international compensation programmes.
