Our client, a global, privately held investment group, is looking for an experienced Reward Manager to manage all aspects of remuneration and payroll across their business. With Compensation management software under review, you will lead on the implementation and running of a new software package or explore the capabilities of the current software, whilst ensuring it aligns with the company’s compensation strategy. You will also establish processes and customise reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
Other responsibilities will be the preparation of the budgets for the group for compensation and presenting this back to the senior management team, whilst also performing actuals vs budget analysis, updates forecast and related analytics. You will also be involved in the Renumeration Committee and assist with salary benchmarking and in time, benefits administration for all employees.
With payroll outsourced you will take the leading part in reviewing monthly pay and ensure all payroll information is correct before it is sent to their external payroll providers. This will include organising payroll related reporting, yearly certificates and coordinate Partners’ drawings, expat tax regimes and coordinate bonus payslips.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic business and it will be essential that you are commercially minded and results focused. Developing key relationships across the business will be essential and being innovative and creative in developing a forward-thinking compensation strategy will be encouraged. With some Payroll exposure you will have broad Compensation experience and be proficient in Excel and excellent at reporting writing. Of graduate calibre, you will have ideally gained experience within an investment/financial services business, however other commercially driven organisations will be considered. Please note you will be expected to be in their London office three days a week.
