Our client is an international commodities business, with a far-reaching global presence supported by a developed and successful HR team. There is a requirement for a HR Assistant to work within their London office and support the HR function and wider business on various aspects of the employee lifecycle. Assisting with any HR queries, you will also have the opportunity of working with the HR Manager on a variety of upcoming HR projects including the creation of a new global Onboarding process, the further development of their Employee Engagement Programme and assisting with their Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
In addition, you will be responsible for their recruitment across the business and looking at ways to improve their Employer Branding on a variety of social media platforms. There will also be the need to research the development of new HR policies and compiling reports from their HR system.

With some previous experience as an HR Assistant or HR Administrator, you will be IT literate and comfortable working from HR systems.
