An established global commodities trading business, known for its collaborative culture and long-term approach to growth, is looking for an HR Coordinator to join its London-based HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-driven professional to develop their HR career within a highly respected organisation operating at the heart of the financial services sector.
In this varied role, you’ll provide comprehensive support across the full employee lifecycle, from contracts and onboarding, right to work and pre-employment checks, benefits administration and exit interviews. As the first point of contact for HR queries, you’ll help ensure a smooth and professional experience for employees while maintaining accurate records and supporting the delivery of key HR processes, including performance development reviews and reporting, whilst also effectively implementing operational HR processes.
With a strong focus on operational excellence and data integrity, this role will suit someone who thrives on managing multiple tasks, is confident with systems and Excel, and enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team. Experience in HR administration is essential, and knowledge of the financial services environment would be advantageous. There could be the opportunity for this position to become permanent at the end of the 12-month contract. Please note you will be required in the office 4 days a week.
