HR Systems Manager

Working for the global media business, as HR System Manager, you will be fully accountable for managing all aspects of their people management system, so ensuring the HR team is able to deliver its core services through it to the wider business. Being experienced in Oracle systems, you will manage people data and develop HR reports and dashboards for the business. This opportunity will give you a mix of hands-on implementation around systems maintenance and development and also as the functional expert and part of the team planning the system’s future.
As well as managing the day to day management of the Oracle HCM Cloud application, you will be the key contact for all Global HR Team requests around systems and troubleshoot and resolve system user problems and requirements. There will also be the opportunity to support and train the Global HR team on the system, as well as for them to manage reporting and data manipulation. Typically, you will also have to identify and build functional enhancements to the system and design new process workflows, whilst also managing the service agreed budgets with third party suppliers. It will also be essential that you manage accuracy, integrity and security of the data on the system and analyse data and workflows to provide seamless work processes.
Naturally you will have strong experience of working with HR systems (ideally Oracle) and be able to distil complex data into manageable work packages. Direct knowledge and hands-on experience of Fusion Cloud will be expected, and a good understanding of Oracle Enterprise Solutions will be necessary. Having worked in an HR team, you will have strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels within an organisation. With a strong work ethic and ability to self-manage, you will demonstrate strong reporting skills and an ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
