Our client is an international business undergoing significant change and growth within the media content space. With a newly formed HR function in place, there is a need for a People Partner/HR Business Partner to join them on this journey. Reporting into the Head of People, you will provide operational and strategic support on all areas of HR. This will include rolling out a new performance management system, assisting with the implementation of a new HR system, providing HR policy and process support and helping with all areas of organisational development planning. Working closely with a global client base, you will support managers through the transition of growth and change on all employee relations matters and offer pragmatic and commercially focused HR solutions to the business.
With an excellent range of HR skills and experience, this is a truly exciting time to join this business. Ideally you will have exposure to international HR matters and be strong on HR project implementation and design. With the need to work on operational HR activity and also support the Head of People on more strategic HR matters, you will thrive working in a fast-paced business and offer a flexible and adaptable approach. Being resourceful and commercial will be essential and your experience to date will need to be within fast-paced business environments.
