Talent Acquisition Manager (Remote Working)

Our client is a leading FinTech business who currently require an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their international global recruitment team. The role will be a full 360 in-house recruitment position, so you will need to be hands-on in your approach. As well as recruiting for roles up to C-Suite level and across all areas of the business, you will review their employer-brand proposition, redesign their recruitment processes and practices and work with the Group HR Director on their on-boarding process.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter to shape this company’s talent acquisition proposition whilst maintaining a hands-on approach to recruit for key hires across the company. Reporting to the Group HR Director, an agile and pragmatic working approach will be essential. Strong stakeholder management skills, a track record in managing a recruitment team and any international recruitment experience will also be key to this newly appointed position. There will be expected to be some travel in the role with a stay over once a week in the Midlands area. Otherwise this role will be based remotely and location can be flexible.
