Talent Acquisition Partner - Barcelona

Our client is a market leader within the global insights industry and is looking to expand their operations within the Spanish market. With plans to grow their office in Barcelona there is a requirement for an experience Talent Acquisition Partner to help support their current recruitment plans.

Working on all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, you will act as a true business partner to key stakeholders on all aspects of talent acquisition. This will include working alongside managers on job profiles, determining the most effective channels to market, providing valuable input to their employer branding piece, developing recruitment agency relationships and creating effective talent pools for future opportunities across the business. Naturally you will be managing all aspects of the recruitment life cycle, from identifying talent in the market, screening and interviewing of candidates and managing candidates through to offer and acceptance stage. All of this will need to be done in line with the culture and values of the business, ensuring a first-class candidate experience.

This unique opportunity will require an experience Recruiter who thrives working within a fast-paced and professionally orientated business. With the ability to prioritise, you will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and have a track record of delivering a high-quality recruitment service into a challenging business environment. With strong communication skills, you will be creative in offering solutions to a business and enjoy autonomy whilst being part of a larger global Talent acquisition team.
