A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Talent Resourcer within an established and market leading brand, to support their Talent Acquisition team on all aspects of resourcing and coordination of their recruitment process. Working alongside the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will build the talent pipeline, as well as engage with potential candidates for the business. Whilst ensuring the ATS is up to date, you will screen, track and progress candidates and manage the candidate pipeline both direct and with their hiring partners.
In addition, you will post job adverts, complete telephone interviews for roles when necessary, provide feedback to candidates and be a true advocate for their employer brand by sharing company culture and values to candidates. Through managing all aspects of the recruitment process, you will also manage the onboarding administration, as well as the offer stage with the Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers. There will also be the need to provide KPI’s for reporting and manage all aspects of the ATS.
With recruitment experience gained in-house or agency side, you will be driven by providing excellent levels of customer service and have a real passion for hiring great talent. Strong communications skills, an excellent track record in stakeholder management and natural networking skills will be key.
